Repair Order

Our Service Center can also be availed of for your repairs after the guarantee period has expired. In addition, our experienced Service staff will be happy to provide you with advice and assistance. They will answer your questions, offer you technical support and ensure that any repairs to your appliance are realised at as low a cost to you as possible.

Information concerning return deliveries and repair durations

Your return delivery for the repair order will be subject to a charge after the guarantee period.

We refuse to accept any packets sent to us in a freight forward delivery!!! Costs for freight forward deliveries/return deliveries will be borne by the sender. Please understand that we are unable to bear any shipping expenses for a repair order if the guarantee period has already expired.

The repair duration is approx. 2-3 working days plus the return delivery time by UPS. Please include a brief description of the fault with your defective appliance and note your telephone number, fax number or e-mail address for contact purposes. Please do not forget your sender address!!!

Please note on your covering letter whether you wish for a cost estimate. The simplest method is to use our service form for your covering letter or enquiry

You can also contact us by telephone for a cost estimate prior to sending in your appliance for repair.

Payment conditions for appliances sent in for repair
You will receive the goods with an invoice (but without prepayment) if the gross repair costs are less than 150 EUR. Where the gross invoice amount exceeds 150 EUR, you will receive a pro forma invoice for prepayment by post, fax or e-mail. The appliance will be returned by UPS with the original invoice included on receipt of payment.
